Registration Process – 3 Easy Steps
Fill out the Personal Data Form and carefully enter all participant details (changes will not be possible later).
You will receive a Login to manage your account.
Complete your payment online by debit/credit card or by bank transfer.
These prices are final. VAT will be applied under current legislation. Registration fees include 21 % VAT.
Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or regular), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.
For group registration (more than 10 participants), please contact the Conference secretariat at magda@boosterevent.cz .
Cancellations and Refunds
The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by email at magda@boosterevent.cz in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference. In case of cancellation for any reason, the administrative fee of 10 EUR, which covers bank transfer costs, is non-refundable.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellations received until January 31, 2026: full refund of the registration fee
Cancellations received until March 21, 2026: 50% of the registration fee
Cancellations received from April 1, 2026: no refund
Name change
If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change. Name changes should be reported in writing by e-mail at magda@boosterevent.cz No name change will be possible after June 30, 2026.
Visa Requirements
Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. For more details see section Visa in the menu.
