Abstracts could only be submitted via abstract submission form below.
Guidelines for Submission
Abstract cannot exceed a limit of 200 words (excluding title, authors and affiliations).
The dimensions of the abstracts in A0 portrait format are 119 cm in height and 84 cm in width.

Standard abbreviations do not need explanation. Otherwise abbreviations must be defined in brackets after when first used in the text.
If changes to your submitted abstract are necessary, please contact us by the email address above at any time before the deadline. Please do not submit the abstract more times.
Presentation form is not guaranteed; the final decision will be made by the scientific committee.
Authors will be notified of the acceptance/rejection of their abstract via email by May 28, 2026.
Author's Registration
Please note that registration of the presenting author is mandatory. The deadline for the presenting author's registration and payment of a registration fee is June 15, 2026.
If the presenting author has not registered and has not completed the payment of the registration fee by this date, the presentation may be withdrawn from the programme.

Publication of Abstracts
The authors of submitted abstracts agree with distribution of their abstracts to all participants at the conference.
